Parent & Daughter Evenings

How Does It Work?

Parent & Daughter Information Evenings are designed for high school girls and their parents/carers.

These sessions create a supportive space for meaningful conversations around the challenges girls face throughout adolescence, while providing practical strategies families can continue using at home.

Unlike school presentations, these evenings are designed for parents and daughters to learn side by side, encouraging stronger communication, shared understanding and ongoing support beyond the session itself.

Each evening is tailored to the topic and age group, with sessions combining educational presentations, guided discussion, practical tools and reflection activities.

Covering Various Topics, Including:

• Friendships & social pressures

• Confidence & self-esteem

• Wellbeing & mindset

• Emotional regulation & skills

• Nutrition & movement

• Social media awareness

• Communication & resilience

• Stress management & balance

Families leave with practical takeaways, conversation starters and supportive strategies to continue using at home.
