Supporting Girls Through High School

Simone Says high school presentations are designed specifically for girls in Years 7–12, providing practical, evidence-based education that supports confidence, wellbeing and healthy habits at every stage of adolescence.

Programs are tailored to each age group and available in flexible 1-hour and 4-hour formats, making it easy for schools to select an option that suits their students, wellbeing priorities and timetable.

1-Hour Wellbeing Session

Choose Your Topic

A focused presentation designed to fit within school timetables, assemblies and wellbeing initiatives, providing practical strategies and meaningful takeaways.

OR

4-Hour Wellbeing Program

Core Modules or Pick & Mix Modules

A comprehensive wellbeing experience that explores multiple topics in greater depth, with schools able to choose a complete program or tailor modules to suit their students.

Year 7-8: Fuel & Flourish

This presentation guides Year 7–8 girls through the transition to high school by introducing key habits around organisation, health, and routines that support learning and overall wellbeing.

Year 9-10: Strong From Within

This presentation empowers students to build positive habits for improved academic outcomes by applying habit principles to develop effective, distraction-free study routines.

Year 11-12: Nourish For Life

This presentation sets up students for growth and success during their senior years by helping them understand human behaviour and develop effective routines for improved outcomes.
