Nutrition & wellbeing coaching for teen girls.

Nutrition presentations that build knowledge and daily habits that support students’ energy, focus, wellbeing and confidence – complementing and extending what’s taught in PDHPE
Empowerment presentations.
This program is devised specifically for female students, and is broken up into three year group options — Years 7-8, Years 9-10 and Years 11-12. This structure ensures that each presentation is specifically tailored to meet the unique interests and needs of young girls at various stages of their high school journey. Through a combination of education, practical tips, and personalised recommendations, the program aims to empower female students to take control of their health and academic success.
How does it work?
Interested in a Simone Says presentation? There's two options to choose from — a full 4 hour presentation covering three core modules, or a shorter 1 hour presentation.
The information presented to one year group at a time, with three core modules for Year 7-8, Year 9-10 and Year 11-12. The presentation can be run with the core modules, or they can be swapped out for any of the “Pick and Mix” modules for the age group.
At the beginning of each module Simone presents the information to the whole year group. Students then explore the topics in more detail and ask questions in breakout groups and put their knowledge into action during games and quizzes.
